Responsibilities: · Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals · Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance efforts related to computer operating systems with an emphasis on both Windows and MAC OS · Experience with Microsoft Intune · Experience with Active Directory/O365/Azure administration · Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell or others) · Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment Skill Requirements: Architect and support MAC and Windows Systems under the Azure Active directory, Assist with planning service capacity, analyzing software performance and tuning systems. 5+ years of experience in MAC & Windows Administration Create and deploy packages to setup/manage Mac OS and policies Configure, maintain, and support core infrastructure services like Active Directory, GPO, Intune, Jamf, AzureAD, SSO, M365. Analyse, Integrate, Monitor, review, and respond to monitoring tools, Ticketing tool, problem detection and troubleshooting. Execute deployment plans and operational activities such as operating system upgrades, application deployment, patching, etc. Strong knowledge of Azure services for production user level management. Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, SQL, IIS, and M365.Job tags
