Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and defining solutions to improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience in project planning and coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of the restaurant or hotel industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as project plans and status reports
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation
- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies in business analysis.
