Job Title:

International Sales Manager

Taking the initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Sales territory:

All around the world except: - Middle East - India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Bangladesh

Goals of this Role: - Fulfillment of sales plan - Assortment planning - Company and brand image development.

Objectives of this Role: This level of management carries out conceptual leadership. He is responsible for setting organizational plans, strategies, and guidelines. ·

Must have a continuous focus on improving systems efficiencies in business practices. ·

Preparation of management accounts while overseeing general accounting procedures and practices within the business. ·

Contribute to strategic planning of the company. ·

In order to reach the goals, set up and manage Marketing Department and Sales Department. ·

Developing and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain discipline amongst company employees. ·

Leading International Sales team members to achieve Sales Targets ·

Developing and implementing effective International sales strategies. ·

Negotiate and close agreements with National Distributors. ·

Monitor and analyze Sales performance metrics and suggest improvements/ Action Plans ·

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency & BTL ·

Recruiting, hiring and training new employees and to restructure Manpower and replace non- performers. ·

To plan for various schemes & BTL Activities to increase the potential and create customer demand. ·

Prepare & Review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports (good in Excel). ·

Stay up to date with new product launches and competition Activities ·

Familiar with CRM software and MS Office. ·

To achieve Financial & Performance KPI along with Action KPI. ·

To Prepare Activity Calendar & Conduct Promotional Activities in order to boost the sales. ·

Recognizing, recommending, and rewarding top sales members. ·

Adopting and implementing companies’ procedures and policies ·

Work on the basis of Vision & Mission of the company

Mumbai Candidate Requirements:

Candidate applying for the position of Regional Sales Manager should hold the relevant degree in the Field. An Applicant holding Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Marketing would be preferred for this role. ·

Candidate must have relevant core FMCG experience in international sales. ·

Ability to have full knowledge of markets, up country areas and should have good relationship with Whole sellers & retailers. ·

This position demands candidates who can self-motivated themselves and through to implement with more efficiency. ·

Should be well organized and should have ability to work under pressure and accomplish task within the deadlines. ·

Should have good analytical skills to calculate rates, schemes calculation and explain margins to the trade. ·

Should have good Team – work, communication skills and interpersonal skills. ·

Fluent in English is a must.
