Your roles and responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Strategise, Ideate and Generate innovative and unique content pieces for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). You may have to assist shoots, act or give voice over sometimes.
- Scheduling and Posting: Schedule and post content on various social media platforms according to a content calendar. Ensure consistency in posting frequency and timing.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers and foster positive relationships.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or native platform analytics. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for optimization.
- Campaign Strategy: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of social media campaigns and promotions. This may involve researching trends, brainstorming campaign ideas, and creating promotional materials.
- Research and Trends : Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Conduct research on competitor activity and industry trends to enhance content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Learning and Development: Continuously learn and improve skills related to social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Seek out opportunities for professional development and stay informed about industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
