Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process, including studying water analysis, deciding process scheme, proposal preparation, and submission. The Proposal Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with proposal requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in proposal management and the ability to manage the entire proposal process
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the water and wastewater industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration
