Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Executive, where you'll be the frontline ambassador for our online garment retail platform. Your role is crucial in ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Duties include providing timely and courteous support through various channels, managing orders, and resolving issues. Your expertise in our garment offerings is key for guiding customers and addressing concerns. Collaborate with logistics for smooth order fulfillment and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining high service quality is paramount. Document interactions accurately and proactively communicate with customers on order status and updates. Qualifications:
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are essential. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
