Husk is one of the world's leading rural energy providers. We provide low-cost and reliable power to rural households and businesses, entirely from renewable energy sources. Powering economic possibilities in every village is at the heart of everything we do.
We design, build and operate the lowest cost hybrid (solar and biomass) power plant and distribution network in India and Africa. To date, Husk has provided electricity to over 15,000 homes and business, reducing 95,000 tonnes of CO2. Our aim is to provide 30MW of power to 225,000 customers by 2025 and save 350,000 tonnes of CO2 each year.
Job Description - Strategic Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic projects, applying skills and knowledge to real-world challenges. Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members in various functions to ensure the successful execution of projects. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management, CXOs and Board. Contribute to the development and implementation of performance improvement strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. Develop strong communication skills to engage with internal and external partners.
- Business and Tech Innovations: Actively contribute to the analysis and refinement of the organization's business model, identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with tech teams and third parties tech advancement and IP.
- The Program Manager should aim towards integration of successful leaders into a senior management role within a specific business function in a timeframe of 1-2 years, taking up leadership responsibilities and the chance to impact the organization's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Qualification- Master's degree from top B school in any discipline
- Experience- 2 Years
- Demonstrated leadership potential through previous experience, preferably in generalist roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to adapt to diverse environments and work collaboratively in a team.

Salary - Salary range for this role is upto 15 LPA based on candidate background
