Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Specialist to join our team at EThames Degree College, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Hospitality sector and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the Guest Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the college, ensuring exceptional service to visitors, students, and staff.

Responsibilities:

1.    Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

2.    Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.

3.    Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

4.    Provide information about the college, programs, and services to visitors and callers.

5.    Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.

6.    Receive and distribute mail and packages.

7.    Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.

8.    Maintain a log of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.

9.    Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality sector.

2.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3.    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

4.    Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.

5.    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

6.    Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.

7.    Professional appearance and demeanor.
