As a Product Delivery Associate within Commercial Banking - Wholesale Lending Services team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify methods to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within WLS
- Partner with clients and stakeholders on requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features and experiences
- Refine product backlog in JIRA, and Use Cases with exceptional detail and discipline
- Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor
- Represent the user group by presenting documented requirements to the technology teams
- Provide user support during production incidents and proactively communicate status
Required qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Experience executing operations change readiness activities
- Experience in large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Basic proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience within large Financial Services firms preferred
- Experience with implementing and using workflow tools
- Experience with loan lifecycle and its various process steps/ stages.
- Commercial Facility Covenant Monitoring or auditing experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
