Develop an effective agency channel for assigned geography.
Managing the recruitment of Agents and Business Development Officers
Sales & Business Development of Motor insurance products
Should maintain balance between Sales & Claims
Analyzing motor insurance business potential.
Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
Achievement of overall sales targets.
Execute sales promotional activities
Experience: 3-5 years
Man management experience required Candidate should from General Insurance Agency background
Qualification: Graduation must
