Job Overview
We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes providing travel advice, suggesting holiday packages, creating itineraries, and handling bookings. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong knowledge of travel operations and tour packages. This is a full-time position located in Delhi, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel operations and tour packages
- Ability to create detailed itineraries based on clients' preferences and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service skills with a client-centric approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and requirements
- Experience in handling corporate sales and business-to-business (B2B) travel
- Passion for travel and a keen interest in exploring new destinations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
- Provide travel advice and suggest holiday packages based on clients' preferences and requirements
- Create detailed itineraries for clients, considering their travel preferences, budget, and time constraints
- Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
- Keep track of travel expenses and provide clients with cost estimates for their trips
