Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced System Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background, primarily in AWS and Azure cloud services, and be well-versed in Windows and Linux servers, Containerization, and PostgreSQL, Oracle databases. Strong API knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities
• Provide secondary support for Low code environments across all Evonsys Inc locations.
• Deploy and maintain Pega implementations in both containerized and virtualized settings.
• Manage account security and controls within the Low code platforms.
• Set up and maintain ELK stacks for effective logging and monitoring.
• Configure and manage Docker instances and Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage application deployment using HELM charts.
• Advise on Pega design, architecture, and implementation across various environments.
• Provide system support and troubleshooting for IT systems, REST APIs and Graph APIs.
• Perform maintenance and monitor performance of Windows and Linux servers.
• Establish and maintain Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration pipelines.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, Oracle databases ensuring security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams for API design and implementation.
• Manage, optimize, and implement solutions using various AWS services.
• Monitor AWS, Azure usage to optimize costs and service utilization.
• Develop and maintain AWS and Azure backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
• bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a System Engineer role or similar.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Windows/Linux servers, and Pega Platform administration will be added advantage.
• Work in a highly structured 24x7 roster-based IT operation.
• Experience working with a foreign client would be a plus point.
• Respond and diagnose problems though discussions with users including problem recognition, logs, research, resolution, and follow-up steps.
• Knowledge of Oracle Databases, Kubernetes Administration and Azure Sentinel will be considered as added advantage.
