Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js, MySQL, Angular, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers on technical aspects and best practices.
- Design and develop scalable and robust Java applications and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
- Review and enhance existing code for performance optimization and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
