Experience : 4 - 6 yrsLocation : HyderabadExperience : Senior Analyst - .NET / SQL Developer - Deloitte Support Services India Private LimitedThe EAS is a team within Information Technology Services serves both internal and external facing business units in Australia.Work you'll do :As a part this team, you will :- Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations- Incorporate security requirements into design- Provide daily administration and support of applications within the ITS applications environment- Create technical documentation and contribute towards requirements design and estimation- Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability while resolving complex technical design issues- Participate in deployment & configuration of third-party tools- Perform system integration testing and analyze / report the results to pertinent teams- Identify / troubleshoot application code-related issues (provide 3rd level production support / issue resolution)- Review and provide feedback to the final user documentation- Adhere to technology disaster recovery procedures- Participate in and support cross technology process improvement initiatives- Work with Delivery Support to promote initiatives across Solutions Delivery- Consistently ensuring deliverables meet stakeholders' expectations directly or via team members.- Applying critical reasoning to define and manage requirements, review, refine and present solutions, issues, risks and implement corrective action with stakeholders in a collaborative manner.- Consults experts to develop innovative approaches to complex issues.- Developing effective working relationships with consultants, senior consultants & superiors in ITS, MNC practitioners and external parties such as vendors where required.- Leveraging agile project delivery experience to influence project planning and delivery to achieve project goals.- Demonstrate the ability to independently deliver without significant senior support/escalation. - Builds rapport with senior stakeholders to continually broaden and strengthen relationships.- Presence and confidence when presenting to senior stakeholders.- Drive and contribute to a positive and constructive culture.- Knowledge sharing and implementing opportunities for improvement from lessons learnt activities.Work Location : HyderabadShift Timings : 06.30 AM to 03.30 PMQualifications :Required :- Min 3.5 years' experience in development using .NET Framework (C#, .NET)- Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions, including but not limited to ASP, .NET, SQL Server, C#, and .NET- Proficient in SQL - stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries. Good knowledge of MS SQL- Experience in Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML- Clear understanding of .NET core-based Web APIs- Any experience in writing interfaces and third-party integrations is desirable- Experience working with data (mapping, transformation) including understanding complex relationships and business rules.Good to have skills :- Should be well-versed in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services. - Be able to develop and deploy SSIS packages- Azure Data Factory - Experience in developing and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory is a must - Configuring, scheduling and maintain Jobs is required skill- Should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and fix data level issues- Having exposure to Azure DevOps, maintaining Boards is nice to have- Should have knowledge on CI/CD pipelines setup- Excellent Leadership skills and experience working in Application Development, Quality and Automation teams.- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement- Create technical specifications and test plans- Strong OOPS concepts- Innovative problem-solver the ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and understand how their needs fit into Value Creed offerings- Should be very good with analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)- Ability to work in a team environment- Experience with agile project delivery methodologies.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.- Superior time and work/task management skills.- Ability to work through ambiguous situations.- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks.- Recognizing when to escalate appropriately and to the right people. - Proven experience and skills in technical / business analysis using both waterfall and agile project delivery approaches. - Self-motivated, pro-active, driven individual who can work both autonomously and in a team environment.- Strong in Communication (Oral and Written).- Being a self-starter, ability to work well in a team and autonomously.How you'll grow :At MNC, we've invested a great deal to create a rich environment in which our professionals can grow.
