Role and Responsibilities:
As a Branch Manager at Hunarstreet Technologies you will be responsible for managing and developing the company s business in the Pune territory. Your primary goal will be to achieve the sales targets set by the company and effectively manage key customer accounts. This role also involves designing and implementing sales strategies meeting with existing customers and consultants exploring new market segments monitoring competitors activities ensuring successful project completion with high profitability and overseeing project management and team handling.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree in business administration or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in sales and project management within the staffing and recruiting industry. Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills are essential along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
