About the role

As Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager India you will be responsible for ensuring proper operations of bagagge handling systems across India and surrounding countries. This is a busy role, and will see you tracking budgets and costs along with overseeing the intervompany spares business within the Pune factory.

• Establish a preventative maintenance schedule, allowing for maximum system performance
• Maintain accident and hazard registers
• Lead, motivate and support a large team working within a demanding environment
• Complete paperwork for inventory records, reporting and onboarding

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will bring at least 10 years experience as an O&M manager, along with the following, allowing you to hit the ground running

• Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical or electronics/instrumentation
• Proven communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Previous expereince with financial management such as preparation and management of departmental budgets
• Sound negotiation skills
