Technical/Software (Product/Service) Content Writer:
Location: Kolkata (Newtown-Ecospace)
Shift timings: 10.30 am – 7.00 pm
Experience: 1+ years
Notice Period: 30 Days
CTC: Upto 4.2 Lpa
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
· Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts.
· Writing blogs, case studies, newsletters, website content, outbound scripts.
· Writing attractive tag lines/headlines.
Requirements and Skills:
· Proven experience working in a Technical Content writing position.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Should have experience writing content in software (Product/Service) industry.
· Good to have: Writing Product documentation, FAQs for internal purposes.
