Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Process and file important documents, such as invoices, contracts, and leases
- Conduct data entry and update information in company databases and systems
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate administrative tasks and support their needs
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of property management industry is a plus
