Art Director

is a leadership role in the creative industry, typically responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative team, ensuring that their work aligns with the overall vision and goals of the stealth mode beauty Ecommerce company.

Roles and Responsibilities: She/He will act as custodian and implementer of creative brand guidelines across all digital and print channels. Must have a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, design, craft and know-how of brand building. And must have portfolio that reflects this. Realises the strategic direction and creative vision for ecomm portal Works closely with the team of graphic designers and videographers to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning creative work to impact business recall Should be familiar with digital/social media platforms with an exceptional mode of storytelling that can bring rich details alive within the primary forms of online social content. Oversee and direct videographers, studio shoots, products shoot to deliver high impact video content for social channels and website. Work closely with strategy, sales and marketing staff directly to devise cost effective earned, owned and paid social media and digital strategies that deliver tangible business results. Target audience profiling, developing industry insights as well as auditing our social marketing execution vs. competitors for best practices and innovation. Collaborate with the brand team, and internal staff to develop a range of creative, consumer facing social media marketing campaigns and promotions. Develop and present Social / Engagement Points of View (POVs) to internal stakeholders Build and grow relationships across all internal departments to develop smart and effective solutions that help integrate social and digital across the marketing mix (social, mobile, digital, PR, offline, etc.). Leads the creative team through regular work reviews, check-ins, goal planning and training. Mentors’ direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourages people to consistently excel

Primary/ Must have skills: 5+yrs of relevant experience Worked on creating high quality video content for ads, reels in short timelines Exceptional understanding of design language of luxury /aspirational brands across the globe Hands on experience in creating sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas Must have led a team of 4-5 designers and videographers
