We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Admin Manager. This role is instrumental in providing essential administrative support to our HR department, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR administrative team, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in processing payroll and benefits-related tasks, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
- Manage employee insurance programs, including health, life, and disability insurance, and oversee the administration of EPF and ESI schemes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely submissions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes to HR regulations, insurance policies, EPF rules, and ESI guidelines, and communicate relevant information to HR management and employees.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
