Sales Director/Manager (India)
Requirements
• At least 3-5 years work experience in PV industry sales or sales related field;
• Attention to detail;
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
• Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) ;
• Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluent in English or other local language; • BA/BS degree;
• Willingness to travel in the assigned territory;
• Role could be home-based or based in BAJ office in India.
Responsibilities
• Report to Director Sales;
• Assist Director of Sales and President with all operational mainly client-related matters;
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships;
• Actively generate sales leads in India, develop new business and identify areas of improvement;
• Implement BAJsolar's sales plan and achieve revenue targets;
• Within established parameters, prepare quotations and negotiate sales contracts with assigned customer base and potential new customers;
• Work closely and communicate effectively with different Departments of BAJ in both headquarters in China;
• Represent BAJ on trade fairs and conferences;
• Analyze market and competitor information and stay up to date with technical and financial market requirements;
• Maintain sales pipeline in BAJ system;
• Prepare reports on account status;
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns together with our clients.
