Overview:

CloudPrism Solutions, a leading Salesforce consulting company, is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Business Development Representatives (BDRs). As an SDR/BDR at CloudPrism, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in our Salesforce consulting services. This job profile operates on a US shift Schedule.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach:

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Identify key decision-makers within prospective client organizations and build relationships.

Qualification:

• Understand and qualify leads based on their business needs, budget, and fit for CloudPrism's Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of CloudPrism's Salesforce consulting services and products.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of CloudPrism's solutions to potential clients.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to enhance our sales and marketing strategies.
• Metrics and Reporting:
• Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales development, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to Salesforce solutions.
