Job Title: Regional Strategic Sales Lead

Overall Purpose of the Role:
The New Business Development team will work on holistic solutions in a bid to create and evolve 'an outcome based approach' in Facility Management. The team will spearhead the company's growth into new geographies, segments/sectors, and product partnerships.

This position is an independent contributor for the region to grow profitable business.
Work Location: New Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore/ Chennai
Experience: 10+ years of Business Development Experience
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition, Manage Key Account Organic Growth.
- Responsible for Corporate (B2B) Sales for the State/Region
- Responsible for end to end Lead Generation and conversions including maintenance of funnel.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in FM space.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Sales Projections and
- Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, contracts & finance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.
- Implement technology partnerships in conjunction with operations and technology teams to commercialize new opportunities in the assigned key accounts.
- Identify & drive X-sell and up-sell opportunities with assigned customers.
- Acquire business intelligence on market, players, operations, & services to support marketing, sales; technology, & operations.
- Act as emergency / escalation contact window for key new customers.
