Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join the team . As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and monitoring budgets. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Should have age 45 to 50
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data
- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
- Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations
- Review and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and variances
- Manage payroll and provide support for employee compensation and benefits
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and financial issues
- Stay updated with accounting principles and best practices
