2-4 years of experience in software development, testing and bug fixing
Good communication and presentation skills
Good technical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with various development methodologies – Agile, Waterfall
Knowledge and experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot/Spring MVC, Java Script, JQuery, Webservices, Hibernate, JDBC, HTML, CSS, My SQL, Eclipse, SVN/GIT
A track record of performing end-to-end development activities – back-end, middle layer and front-end
Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential
Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.

> Troubleshooting Skills: Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
> Prioritization & SLA Support - Responsible for prioritizing and providing SLA support to end users at the deployed location, encompassing troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and network devices, and offering OS support.
> Ticket Resolution - Accountable for timely ticket resolution, meeting MTTR targets, and ensuring adherence to response and resolution SLAs

· 5-10 years of software development experience
· Minimum 5 years experience in AEM based development (preferably B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc).
· Experience in Adobe CQ5/AEM based projects will be an advantage.
· Strong knowledge in web services, XML, jQuery & MySQL database.
· Preference to those who has worked on Linux OS & usage of source controls
· A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
