Job description

Job Title: YouTube Channel Growth Manager Job Overview: As a YouTube Channel Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase subscribers, views, engagement, and overall growth of our YouTube channel(s). You will work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and analytics to optimize performance and drive audience expansion.

Job Descriptions ● Ideate and develop strategies aligned with our business goals to enhance the visibility, reach, and engagement of YouTube channels. ● Conduct research on target audience preferences and industry trends to guide content creation. ● Maintaining a calendar in line with business objectives. ● Collaborating with the internal content & creative teams to ensure a continuous pipeline of content as per the calendar. ● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track channel growth and make necessary adjustments to strategies.

Skills & Eligibility ● 4+ years of experience in content marketing and YouTube growth. ● Experience using tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, VidIQ, Tube buddy, etc. ● In-depth understanding of audience retention metrics (e.g. Average view duration vs. % completion, watch time). ● Knowledge of E-learning/Ed-Tech industry preferred.
