Job description

We are looking to hire Trainers for our institute in Irinjalakuda , Thrissur for Java, PHP, Dot Net, Python, Android with Flutter, Software Testing, Accounting, Mean Stack, Mearn Stack, Logistics and Hospital Management. We require Trainers for each of these subjects.

The Software Trainer is required to develop and execute training plans, training materials, and classes, schedule classes into facilities, and provide software instruction to students. They also have to review results and trainee feedback to improve materials and classes, as well as identify and develop additional software training opportunities.

SOFTWARE TRAINER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess individual and group training needs; maintain individual and group training records
Plan, prepare, and research lessons
Organize and promote courses
Develop and deliver programs of learning activities
Prepare teaching/course materials
Instruct users on an individual or group basis
Proctor course examinations
Check and assess assignments and deliver feedback with course grades
Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience for users e.g., distance learning 
Keep personal IT skills and knowledge up to date

Software Training Requirements

Education qualifications as per the trainers specialization.

The trainers should be certified of specialized in their respective fields.

The must possess the required experience or skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
