Experience : 10 years with min of 5 years of team handlingLocation : GurgaonJob Description :Job Title : Tech Digital Lead - Information TechnologyDepartment Information TechnologyReporting To SVP & Head : Information TechnologyJob Objective : - Own the new applications being developed ensuring applications- Developed with Mobile First approach- Make use of latest technological stack- Are Scalable- Are compliant to security and integrity standards- Have proper exception/ error handling- Can be supported by onboarding new resources with desired skillsetJob Responsibility :- Will translate business requirements to technical design- Will play a pivotal role in effective communication between business, IT and Vendor- Will help in reviewing the estimates and prepare a roll out plan in line with business requirement to bring efficiency in cost and time to market- Will guide the team on technical solutions for faster turnaround on new business requirements- Will maintain and present project status- Will Identify resource and equipment requirements for efficient capacity planning- Will ensure security and integrity of softwareTechnical Skill Requirement / Candidate requirements :Has knowledge of latest software tools, technologies (Java Linux stack) and designing concepts which will help in Medanta own the new software application with respect to :- Architecture review- Robust and Expandable Design- Ensure Development as per technical documentation- Handling Compatibility requirementsHas hands-on knowledge of the software languages (Java/ Linux stack) which will help in providing direction in :- Software Deployment- Software Testing- System Integration with various systems with required exception/ error handling- Resolution of coding issues- Has knowledge of tools like React Native/ Android Studio for development of Mobile apps for Android and iOS- HR DocumentMedanta Specific Work Allocation :1. Will help in building solid technical architecture and own it for new digital platforms - website, telemedicine, medicine delivery, Homecare and Lab business (Portal / App)2. Fulfil integration needs of various Martech tools (Resulticks, THB, etc.) getting inducted by the marketing team3. Will lead the BUS architecture for data exchange which will eventually be leveraged for integrations servicesTo help Medanta own the application code in a real sense to utilize at a later stage. Case in point are IQVIA HIS APIs and eCLINIC platform. We can own the application once we get the code in June'23. Also, some of the components can be reused in the development of new transactional site and the app. This will certainly act as an accelerator to develop new digital platforms (ref:hirist.tech)
