Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with JVM Pay's services. The Account Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in sales or account management in the fintech or banking industry is preferred
• Knowledge of digital financial services such as AEPS, bill payments, and money transfers is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
