UX Design Architect ( Lead / Manager/ Senior Manager ) Experience – 8-12 yrs. Job Location –Bangalore/NOIDA/GURGAON
Introduction We are looking to hire a talented UX design Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience, to become part of Axtria’s UX Design team in India. We are looking for someone who has experience in crafting UX for B2B or B2C cloud apps. The UX design architect will work collaboratively with other members of the design team and also with product leadership. What we expect you to do? As a Design Architect you will handle full spectrum of UX activities. You will work along with the design leadership and product leadership in India and US. Conduct user research activities Ideate, iterate, and design user-centric solutions for SaaS products in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with product management, understand the features and develop wireframes & hi-fidelity prototypes. Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders. Review your designs with peers, leaders and improvise. Deliver spectacular, user-friendly UX. What do we need in you? Strong Portfolio of the projects/products you worked so far Excellent problem-solving skills Design Thinking abilities, Eye for detail Open mindset to learn, adapt and deliver rock star UX design. Excellent communication skills Experience working in Agile environment. Experience working with Design systems. Experience working in UX tools like Axure, XD or Figma Job Role type · This is an Individual Contributor role, reporting to design leadership in India. Educational Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in any major A graduation in design would be a plus.
