Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for identification, assessment and development of

Strategic tie-ups and Partnerships

for Insta Card sales. Including customizing the customer journey, product offering suitable for partnerships i.e. Fino Payment Bank, Airtel Payments Bank etc. The scope shall also include the strategic tie-ups like Co-branded Insta Card and Co-Branded Credit Card etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Identification, assessment and development of strategic tie-ups and partnerships for Insta Card sales Establish and manage alliances with other stakeholders such as banks, NBFCs, other fin-tech partners Identify prominent and trending partners in a category and pitch our partnership to integrate Handle end to end partnership execution including prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiating commercials, closure, and agreement Identify partnership opportunities & grow relationships with customers in an effort to grow business Build positive working relationship at all the levels within the partner organization and ensure long-term relationships with current and prospective partners Assisting in drafting MOUs, contracts, partnership plans with respective partners Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the Partnerships line of business

Job Requirements:

Post Graduate / MBA 8+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development Ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction Sound understanding and knowledge of complex enterprise deals and partner influencers and relationship management Strategic and analytical thinking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and decision-making skills People Management & Networking skills
