Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Executive located at Forum Malls in Kochi. The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for keeping track of customer payments, generating invoices, managing accounts, and reporting on outstanding debts. The role would also entail following up with customers for payment collection and resolving any related issues.
Qualifications
- Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Invoicing skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
A relevant certification such as CMA, CA or equivalent would be an added advantage.
