OnePlus is looking at a high-calibre individual to join our loyalty and membership program – Red Cable Club, in the India region. The candidate would be working closely with the Head of Digital Memberships to drive user engagement, platform enhancements and other critical aspects for the program. The candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for technology a proven track record of driving strategic projects and one who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and brings high ownership and commitment to the role.
Main Responsibilities - Platform Engagement: Define and drive planning and execution of online initiatives, Program benefits including virtual reward points to increase the active user base amp; NPS/NSS for the program.
- Platform Enhancement: Work closely with the HQ product development team to drive the enhancement of user acquisition and engagement journeys
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with community and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class device ownership and engagement experience
- Business Cadence: Prepare regular business and operational reviews eg weekly/ monthly departmental progress updates, partner updates, forecasting and KPI management
What do we expect from you - MBA Preferred, with total work experience between 3 and 6 years.
- Preferred, but not a pre-requisite, experience in strategy/e-commerce/ membership program/loyalty marketing
- Innovative with a high desire to embrace change in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a belief in working and winning with teams!
