Location: Shillong, Meghalaya Job Description We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated pre-primary mother teacher to join our esteemed institution immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), along with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience specifically in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Key Responsibilities - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to early childhood development.
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through engaging teaching methods.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of each students progress and development.
- Uphold the school's standards and policies while providing a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications - Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) are mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience teaching in a CBSE school.
- Proximity to Shillong and familiarity with the local culture and community is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
