KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ï'· Maximize Paid to Applied Business in coordination with Issuance/underwriting team and finance
ï'· Handling Centralized welcome calling Process.
ï'· Reduction in Discrepancy ratio.
ï'· WIP Management - GO actionable TAT, issuance TAT.
ï'· Vendor Bill Management
ï'· Manage Dashboards & Governance for field ops
ï'· Field operation & HO coordination for field operation fulfillment support.
ï'· Lead Employee engagement initiatives for CAT-ops
