Job description
JOB SUMMARY
· Analyse our IT service management processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas of improvement, with a particular focus on cloud computing.
· Assess IT service management maturity level and provide recommendations for improvement, with a particular focus on cloud-based service delivery and support.
· Develop and implement IT service management frameworks, policies, and procedures to improve IT service delivery and support, with a particular focus on cloud-based systems.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement cloud-based IT service management tools and systems.
· Work with 3rd party vendors to develop and implement IT service management training programs for our key stakeholders.
· Monitor and evaluate IT service management performance metrics to ensure adherence to service level agreements and continuous improvement, with a particular focus on cloud-based systems and work on go to Green plans and identify improvement opportunity.
· Participate in IT service management audits and compliance assessments, with a particular focus on cloud computing.
· Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details.
· Program Managing the entire cycle for New process on-boarding and BAU maintenance
· Good industry knowledge in Crisis, BCP, DR and Major Incident Management
· Identity Risk and recommend process as per industry around Crisis, BCP, DR and Major Incident Management
· Stake holder management such as Senior managers, Directors and CIO Quality and communication skills
· Available round the clock when required.
· Good understanding of IT technology for On-Perm and Cloud
· Worked on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc...)
· Analytical, reporting and Presentation skills
· Vendor management to drive deliverables.
