We are hiring for Full - stack Architect for one of our US based client. Years of experience :- 7+ Location :- Remote Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management to develop technical strategies that align with business objectives. Drive the execution of these strategies, ensuring technical challenges are addressed promptly and effectively. Lead the architectural design, development, and optimization of our web and mobile applications across the full stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Drive the migration strategy from our existing stack to a modernized framework, including React, Tailwinds CSS, and AWS cloud services. Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate custom models and AWS AI services (Sage Maker, Rekognition) seamlessly into our platform. Architect database solutions that efficiently manage our data across MySQL, DynamoDB, and Aurora, ensuring data integrity and performance. Lead, mentor, and manage onshore and offshore development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success. Work with the DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and ensure a reliable development lifecycle. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our strategy to enhance functionality and user experience. Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, particularly in handling sensitive information (e.g., DICOM data), and integrate security best practices into all aspects of the architecture. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Architect or similar role, with a portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in both traditional and modern web technologies, including React, Tailwind CSS, Drupal, and AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Aurora, Sage Maker, Rekognition, etc.). Strong foundation in database design and management (MySQL, DynamoDB, Aurora). Proficient in integrating AI/ML technologies into web platforms. Familiarity with video processing technologies and standards (e.g., Kaltura, Elemental Media Convert, DICOM) is a plus. Solid understanding of security and compliance best practices, especially in regulated industries. Specifically healthcare. Prior experience with technology migration projects, demonstrating the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ensure a smooth transition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience in leading and managing offshore development teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gapsJob tags
