Job description The Quality Control Inspector (QCI) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of plastic products manufactured by the company. The QCI will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and documenting various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. IS Standard Licenses, NIRCON has: IS: 12701, IS: 15778, IS: 17425, IS: 14735, IS: 4984, IS: 9537, IS: 13592, IS: 4985 Role & Responsibilities Inspection of Raw Materials: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials used in plastic manufacturing processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. In-Process Inspection: Monitor and inspect various stages of the production process, including molding, extrusion, and assembly, to identify any deviations from quality standards. Testing and Analysis: Perform quality tests and analysis on finished plastic products using a variety of tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and spectrophotometers. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and any deviations from quality standards. Prepare reports and documentation for quality control purposes.Job tags
