Location : Kochi / Trivandrum / Mumbai / Delhi/ Bangalore / Pune / Jaipur / Indore / Chandigarh
Designation : Education Advisor
Purpose: Help Achieving Revenue targets - by guiding students to choose the right study programs, understand the entrance tests and selection processes required for these programs and enable them to enrol in the most appropriate IMS program that help them achieve their career goals.
Objectives:
1) Have working knowledge of the entrance test portfolio and in-depth knowledge of the entrance tests associated with IMS Study Programs.
2) Acquire working knowledge of the Programs offered, process of selection of colleges and universities for which IMS has Study Programs.
3) Enable students to appreciate and understand the IMS programs – and guide them to select the ones most appropriate to their profile and career outcome.
4) Maintain records related to enrolment of students and their final outcomes.
5) Providing post enrolment support to students.
Desired Outcome:
1) Meet Enrolment Targets
2) Connect – first contact / 2 nd contact with the leads / enquiries generated and conversion of these leads into enrolments.
3) Meet the 'student satisfaction' targets on their interaction and counselling with students.
4) Maintenance of Data required for improving the quality of counselling offered at the IMS center.

Work Experience: Candidates with or without work-experience can apply.
Any of the below work experience:
1) Social Media / Marketing Experience
2) Direct – B to C - Sales From any industry / Customer facing role
3) Handled customers over different channels – voice, email (written) or face to face.
4) Any other work experience but keen to guide young candidates in their careers
Age: upto 30 years.
Education Qualification: Any Graduate or post-graduate any education stream. (Arts, Science, Commerce, Management or Engineering)
Salary: Based on Experience and Education.
