Senior Role Portfolio Management RuPay Credit Cards

RuPay is an Indigenously developed Payment System – designed to meet the expectation and needs of the Indian consumer, banks and merchant eco-system. RuPay supports the issuance of debit, credit and prepaid cards by banks in India and thereby supporting the growth of retail electronic payments in India. The alliances with international network partners (Discover Financial Services, Japan Credit Bureau and China Union Pay) provides valuable access to global acceptance footprint and offer world class payment solutions to RuPay cardholders.

Position:

Senior Role Portfolio Management RuPay Credit Cards

Place of posting: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Experience: - 10+ years of work experience in business development preferably in Credit Card/Banking industry

Qualification: MBA from a reputed college

Role Contour –

Drive relationship management and business development with large commercial & PSU Banks and ensure long term stakeholder relationship to RuPay CC business.

• Overall transactions from assigned banks

• Overall revenue from assigned banks Accountabilities

JD in brief -

1. Oversee regular interactions and maintain relationships with the banks to discuss performance and uptake and scale up of RuPay Credit Card volumes.

2. Formulate strategies to identify gaps in activations and transaction volumes for RuPay Credit Cards.

3. Lead execution of targeted programs to enhance issuance of RuPay Credit Card products

4. Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues related to the product

5. Coordinate with the marketing and other relevant business teams to onboard partners for launch of campaigns to enhance activation rates and grow transactions

6. Administer the development of different product mix and client specific solutions to maximize value and ensure long-term relationship

7. Developing and delivering pricing and proposition proposals to ensure the portfolio develops in line with commercial and customer expectations.
