Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Manager located in Ghaziabad.

Job Responsibility

The Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of support staff.

· Visiting PAN India branches for set up & auditing of branches.

· Managing admission target of the branch.

· Checking & updating for school strength, admissions, handling queries.

· Supporting branches in various activities , doing surveys etc

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Sound knowledge of early childhood education and development
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience in customer service or support is a plus
