Responsibilities
: Global Talent Management
- :Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Talent Management strategy, with a specific focus on talent initiatives in the USA
- .Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and align HR strategies with organizational objectives
- .Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives globally
. Total Rewards Strategies
- :Design, implement, and oversee Total Rewards Strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent globally
- .Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs
- .Lead the development and optimization of a global benefits strategy
. Employee Engagement
- :Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- .Utilize employee feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in engagement strategies
- .Foster a sense of belonging and alignment with the company's values
. Employee Relations
- :Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- .Collaborate with legal and HR teams to address employment-related matters and ensure compliance
- .Provide guidance to HR and management teams on effective employee relations practices
. Compensation & Benefits
- :Oversee the development and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
- .Ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry benchmarks
- .Stay informed on relevant legislation and market trends to guide decision-making
. Performance Management
- :Drive the global performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
- .Implement initiatives to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a high-performance culture
. HR Operations
- :Streamline and optimize HR operations globally, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- .Lead the development and enhancement of HR processes, systems, and tools
- .Collaborate with HRIS teams to implement advanced HR technology solutions

Skills and Qualification
- s:Proven leadership experience in a global Talent Management role, with a strong emphasis on the USA marke
- t.Expertise in Total Rewards Strategies, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR Operation
- s.Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skill
- s.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all level
- s.Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and lead a high-performing tea
- m.Experience in a start-up is a plu
