C. Krishniah Chetty & Co Job Description Sales Advisor Roles & Responsibilities Overall responsibility of SA can be divided into following sub-functions:
- Sales Generation
- Customer Service Excellence
- Admin Related Function
- Sales Generation
- Fully responsible for the counter sales
- To achieve the targets set and facilitate achieving section targets.
- Ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Troubleshooting within the section
- Fully responsible for sales & satisfaction of customer visiting store.
- Responsible for upgrading product knowledge, system knowledge and trouble shooting.
- Stretch themselves and achieve beyond their set targets.
- Responsible for every activity within the section as per instructions on the subject
- Take pride in their job & Profession and show elegance in all their dealings.
- Assist colleagues as & when required.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Listen attentively to customer needs and queries.
- Understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
- Build and expand existing customer relationships through in-depth analysis of their needs.
- Create a wow factor.
- Admin Related Function
- Handling and upkeep of jewelry as per learning during training
- Ensure proper security, upkeep, and maintenance of all areas within your section.
- Fully responsible for all transactions upkeep, security of the jewelry & stock taking at the end of the day.
- Always keep supervisor fully aware of all activities and any unusual activity be reported immediately to supervisor or in absence to Store Manager
- Coordinate leave among the team members to ensure maximum presence in section.
- Ensure new employees are oriented to the organization, its policies, facilities, etc.
- Resolve any issue whether sales/non-sales of colleagues within the section. If beyond control, then timely escalate the matter to supervisor.
- Project suggestion/grievances through supervisor or Store Manager
- Jewelry Knowledge & Experience will be preferred.
Exp: 2-4 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 11,352.49 - 34,265.60 per month
Benefits Day Range - Monday to Friday
