Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at INDULCE in Hyderabad. The Head Waiter is responsible for managing the dining room, including supervising the wait staff, coordinating reservations and guest seating, and overseeing overall customer satisfaction. The Head Waiter reports to the Restaurant Manager and works closely with the culinary team to ensure exceptional food and service standards. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry with supervisory experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of food and beverage service and standards Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Guest-oriented mindset and ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers Degree or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus
