We are a young, energetic, and passionate team, working across 8 districts, 38 blocks, 5,700 villages, with 8,800 FLWs, and reaching 379,000 women and 650,000 children in central India. Over the next few years, we see ourselves spreading across multiple locations in India to implement our solutions and to create an impact at scale.

Role Summary

  • Coordinate with Program leads and senior management to design amp; implement the Supply and Community Integrated Model for maternal and child health block level.
  • Conduct Community Need Assessment in the intervention areas amp; building intervention plans on it.
  • Support in building the integrated model with existing AAA+C platform for ensuring sustainability in system.
  • Identify and train a field cadre on community mobilization and PLA approach for creating an enabling ecosystem within community.
  • Liaison with block/district officials and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of the programme with effective sustenance mechanism.
  • Provide monitoring amp; evaluation support for program intervention and designing adaptable amp; scalable solutions in real time.
  • Closely working with Training and implementation team to create synergy between Demand and Supply interventions.
  • Supporting the documentation amp; development of case studies, success stories, undertaking innovations amp; research studies.
  • Supporting the fellowship journey for co-creating professionals amp; contributing to their fellowship journey
  • Need based support to team amp; organization as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

  • A recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. Masters in Social Works/Business Administration/Rural Management is preferable.
  • Prior work experience in community development projects, livelihood projects, mobilizing Self-Help Groups and other collective projects is highly preferable with minimum two-three years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills including ability to analyze situations, plan, and monitor project with solution development approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment in time-based manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment, with communication capabilities.
  • Clear written and oral communication in Hindi amp; English. Familiarity with local community dialects will be an added advantage but is not essential.
