Exp – 9 years to 13 years

Details:

• Proved working experience in technical writing of software documentation like(not limited to):
• User manuals with multiple language support
• Service manuals
• String review for all UI messages of the product
• FAQs for operational delivery
• FAQs for sales
• FAQs on the product
• Release notes of the product
• Privacy and security manuals
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation with high attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly understand the domain and its workflow and express them effectively in documentation.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and express them in a way that is easily understandable.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe FrameMaker, Astoria, and oXygen.
• Familiarity with API documentation.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable.
• Experience with localization processes and standards.
