Drive technical excellence and best practices in software development, architecture, and engineering processes. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in engineering management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in engineering management or leadership roles. Strong technical background and expertise in software development and engineering principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
