Role Description
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure the effectiveness of strategies.
- Generate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged community on social media channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to track the success of campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Optimize ad performance based on analytics and user feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate campaigns and promotions across different channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes on social media platforms.
- Adjust strategies accordingly to maximize the impact of social media efforts.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and industry professionals to enhance the brand's credibility and reach.
- Handle negative comments and feedback diplomatically, addressing concerns and mitigating potential PR issues.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and optimization.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media
- Minimum 1 year experience in Social media optimization is preferred
