Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Housekeeper role located in Ooty, India. The Housekeeper will be responsible for day-to-day cleaning and maintenance tasks of the hotel rooms and common areas. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage time efficiently, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in House Keepings is a Plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills for interaction with guests and team members
• Customer service skills to ensure guests' needs are met
• Organizational skills to effectively manage time and maintain cleanliness standards
• Training skills to ensure team members are following safety and cleanliness protocols
• Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting and bending
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
