Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele-Sales Executive to join our Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling raw materials to customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, closing sales deals & and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the telephone, email, or other communication channels to generate new sales leads and identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide timely and accurate information about our products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches & presentation to promote our products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate & above
- Previous telesales or sales experience mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Fluent in English & Hindi. Additionally, fluency in only-one of the Indian state’s regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
